Chunda Valley is a spectacular and breathtaking valley in Skardu city only at a short distance of about one hour drive from the downtown, Yadgar Chowk Skardu.

This valley is located at a raised ground providing you a spectacular view of whole Skardu City. You can have an awesome view of Skardu Airport and and enjoy the takeoff and landing of aircrafts.

Spring blossom season in the Gilgit-Baltistan is the best season to visit the Chunda Valley to witness the area filled with so many colors of different kinds of fruit bearing plants.

The spring blossom season starts early Late February and continues till end of April in Gilgit-Baltistan. It starts from Chilas District and Gilgit District in later February and ends at the last valleys of District Ghanche in Baltistan. At the foothills of the Siachen Glacier, Kondos Valley will be the last to observe the blossom around the end of the April.

Anyway, trees of Apricot, Cherry, Apple, Almond, Pear each with different color of flower and fragrance welcome you to the region.
