Advice from a trekking dog
I drink a lot more water than a human.
My average speed is around 8 miles/13 km per hour
I'm a bit wild so I am tethered to my papi's waist by a lifeline.
I run on the right of the bicycle. During long downhills or while the wind is behind us I like to get inside my trailer to conserve energy.
As every athlete my training averages started slow, and build up to about 45 miles a day + my trailer time.
It took about a month for my paws to toughen up
I don't like hot asphalt and the salt lakes irritate my paws.
